Garanti’s Digital Car Loans wins a Stevie award
Garanti Bank’s Digital Car Loans took home the bronze medal in the Best Sales Solutions category at the 2019 Stevie Awards. The new product allows customers to calculate payment plan options when purchasing a vehicle - part of the bank’s efforts to make life easier for their customers.
Digital Car Loan users can find a payment plan that fits their budget, apply for a vehicle loan and immediately find out whether they are pre-approved - all without having to set foot in a bank branch or speak to a call center. The remaining paperwork can be completed either at the car dealership where the vehicle will be purchased, or directly at a Garanti branch.
Garanti Bank Executive Vice President Selahattin Güldü stressed the importance the bank places on developing new products and services that create value for customers through digital channels. “We are delighted to win an award from such a prestigious platform like Stevie for the solutions we offer our customers,” he added.
